By subscribing to or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Formidable by Design provides social media design services, including:

• Single social media graphics
• Carousel designs
• Motion graphics

All services are delivered based on the package selected (Grow, Scale, or Glide).

This service is design-only.
Caption writing, posting, content strategy, ads management, or marketing consulting are not included, unless explicitly stated.

2. Subscription & Payments

• All plans operate on a monthly subscription basis.
• Payments are billed in advance and must be completed before work begins.
• Prices are subject to change, but existing subscribers will be notified ahead of time.

Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension.

3. Design Requests & Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround time is 2–4 business days per design request, depending on complexity and current workload.
• Motion graphics may require additional time.
• Turnaround timelines begin only after complete and clear requests are submitted.

Incomplete briefs or delayed feedback may affect delivery timelines.

4. Revisions Policy

• Each design includes reasonable revisions to ensure brand alignment.
• Revisions apply only to the original request scope.
• Requests for entirely new concepts or significant direction changes are treated as new requests.

Our goal is collaboration, clarity, and efficiency.

5. Monthly Usage & Fair Use

• All design requests must be submitted and completed within the active subscription period.
• Unused requests do not roll over to the next month unless previously agreed.
• Each plan is subject to fair usage to ensure quality delivery for all clients.

Formidable by Design reserves the right to manage request volume fairly across all active subscriptions.

6. Communication Policy

• Communication is handled via Email or WhatsApp, as selected during onboarding.
• To maintain efficiency, we do not offer real-time calls or meetings unless previously agreed.
• Clear, consolidated feedback is encouraged to avoid delays.

7. Pausing, Cancellation & Refunds

• You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
• No long-term contracts are required.
• Payments already made are non-refundable, but you will retain access to services until the end of your billing cycle.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate brand assets and information
• Submit clear design requests
• Review and respond to designs in a timely manner

Formidable by Design is not responsible for delays caused by missing assets or unclear instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, final approved designs become the property of the client.
• Formidable by Design reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse any request that includes:

• Illegal content
• Offensive or discriminatory material
• Copyright-infringing material
• Content outside the agreed service scope

11. Limitation of Liability

Formidable by Design shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits
• Platform-specific performance results
• Misuse of delivered designs by the client

All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or official communication channels.
